The project is located in Shijiazhuang City, covering an area of 20,400m2, with a total of 588 households. It consists of 8 7-story multi-storey residential buildings and 2 high-rise residential buildings, and is classified as a Class III building. The heating terminal is equipped with underfloor heating, with a building area of 54,400m2. In 2021, the actual area of heat - supply was 26,300m2, and the occupancy rate was 48%. The project used ordinary air source heat pumps and electric boilers for heating from 2019 to 2020. Due to perennial losses and noise impact, it was changed to CO2 heat pump units (2 ARSCO2H680C350) for heating in 2021, with a heating effect of 22±1℃. The project is located by the river, with a perennial humidity of over 90% and a harsh environment. The power consumption of this project was 1.3649 million kilowatt hours in 2019, 1.0294 million kilowatt hours in 2020, and 0.8958 million kilowatt hours in 2021 after renovation, which is equivalent to 14.78 yuan/m2 in a single heating season.
